How long does a candle burn? +
Around 45 to 50 hours depending on the scent. Burning it evenly and trimming the wick makes it last longer.
What are the candles made of? +
100% soy wax, cotton wicks and carefully chosen fragrances. No paraffin, no harsh chemicals.
How do I care for my candle? +
Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn. On the first burn, let the wax melt fully across the surface to avoid tunnelling.
How much is shipping? +
5 € within Germany. Free shipping from 59 € order value.
How can I pay? +
Currently by bank transfer (prepayment). You receive the bank details after ordering. More payment options are coming.
Can I return my order? +
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons this applies only to unopened, unburned candles. See the returns policy for details.
